Accessibility Statement

How we are working to make Nyaliko’s website usable with different devices, abilities, and ways of navigating.

Updated 19 August 20263 min read
Plain-language guide. These pages explain our current practices. A signed coffee sales contract controls the commercial transaction and should be reviewed by the parties and their advisers.

Our commitment

We want roasters, partners, and visitors to be able to understand and use this website. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as an ongoing design and development target. This is a goal, not a claim that every page has been formally certified.

Accessibility features

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and descriptive link text.
  • Keyboard access to navigation, dialogs, forms, and primary actions.
  • Visible focus states, scalable text, responsive layouts, and strong colour contrast.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images and reduced-motion support where animation is used.
  • Plain-language explanations for prices, samples, and trade steps.

Known limits

Third-party content, such as the embedded map, may not offer the same level of accessibility as the rest of the site. The contact and sample forms open your email application; if that flow does not work for you, contact us directly and we will provide another way to communicate.

Request help or report a barrier

Email ben.serunyigo@nyaliko.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the format or support you need. You can also call our Canada office at +1 587 493 1018. We will respond and work with you on a practical alternative.

We would rather clarify a term in writing than let a buyer make an assumption.
