Website Terms of Use

The rules for using nyaliko.com, and the important difference between website information and a binding coffee sale.

Updated 19 August 20265 min read
Plain-language guide. These pages explain our current practices. A signed coffee sales contract controls the commercial transaction and should be reviewed by the parties and their advisers.

1. Who these terms are for

These terms apply when you visit or use nyaliko.com. Nyaliko Green Coffee is a wholesale green-coffee business. We sell to roasters and other business buyers, not to consumers through this website.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Website information is not a sales offer

Coffee availability, tasting notes, scores, quantities, estimated costs, harvest timing, and other website information may change. Website figures are for planning only. They are not a quote, warranty, or promise that a lot is reserved.

A sale becomes binding only through a written quote, offer sheet, pro forma invoice, or sales contract accepted by both parties. That document will identify the coffee, quantity, price, payment terms, specifications, named port of shipment, delivery period, documents, claims process, and the applicable trade rule. If it conflicts with this website, the signed sales document controls.

3. Samples and enquiries

A sample or order enquiry is not an order. We confirm sample availability, destination, and any shipping charge before dispatch. A sample represents the identified sample, but agricultural products naturally vary and the written contract sets the specifications for the purchased lot.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or try to gain unauthorized access.
  • Do not submit false contact details, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful activity.
  • Do not copy or commercially reuse our branding, photography, lot information, or written content without permission, except where the law allows it.

6. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Nyaliko is not responsible for business decisions made only from website estimates or for indirect losses caused by website interruption or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Product quality, delivery, risk, remedies, and liability for a coffee sale are governed by the applicable written sales contract.

7. Law, changes, and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in Alberta and Canada. A written international sales contract may specify different or additional governing-law and dispute terms. We may update these terms by publishing a revised date. Questions can be sent to ben.serunyigo@nyaliko.com.

Ask before you commit.

We would rather clarify a term in writing than let a buyer make an assumption.
