Trade terms
How we trade
- Pricing
- Market-linked. The website shows an estimate only; every order receives a written quote.
- Order size
- 300 kg is preferred. A 60 kg trial order may be arranged.
- Packaging
- 60 kg GrainPro bags (standard)
- Trade rule
- FOB [named port of shipment], Incoterms® 2020. The exact port and loading point appear in the written quote.
- Nyaliko handles
- Origin preparation, export clearance, and delivery on board the buyer-nominated vessel at the named port.
- Buyer handles
- Ocean freight, cargo insurance, import clearance, duties or taxes, destination charges, and onward delivery.
- Lead times
- About 4–6 weeks to prepare the order. We confirm the FOB loading window; the buyer's carrier confirms ocean transit.
- Payment terms
- We confirm the terms with your quote.
Documentation
Every contracted export includes
- Lot spec sheet — the details of your exact coffee
- Cupping report — how it scored, and when
- Phytosanitary certificate — proves the coffee is pest-free
- Certificate of origin — proves it came from Uganda
- Weight certificate — confirms what you received
