1. Enquiries and quotes
You may withdraw a website enquiry or decline a quote at any time before accepting a binding sales document. Asking for information does not reserve coffee and does not create a purchase obligation.
2. Samples
You may cancel a sample request before dispatch at no charge from Nyaliko. After dispatch, courier or handling charges already agreed with you are not refundable unless the shipment was our error.
3. Confirmed wholesale orders
A confirmed order can trigger coffee allocation, farmer purchases, milling, grading, bags, testing, documentation, inland transport, port handling, and vessel arrangements. Cancellation is therefore not automatic after a quote, pro forma invoice, or contract has been accepted.
Send any cancellation request in writing as soon as possible. We will identify work completed, commitments that can still be stopped, and documented non-recoverable costs. Any cancellation, credit, refund, or replacement is governed by the written sales contract and must be confirmed by Nyaliko in writing.
4. Delay is not automatically cancellation
Agricultural supply, export documents, port congestion, and buyer-nominated vessels can affect timing. The contract should state the shipment window, notice obligations, and what happens after a material delay. A delay does not by itself cancel an order unless the contract or applicable law says it does.
5. How to request cancellation
Email ben.serunyigo@nyaliko.com with the quote or contract number, coffee, quantity, and reason. Do not treat a cancellation as accepted until you receive written confirmation.
Need clarification?
Ask before you commit.
We would rather clarify a term in writing than let a buyer make an assumption.
